out-of-warranty repair of rail mechanization

For almost 30 years we have been specializing in out-of-warranty repairs of rolling stock of all types – from tamping machines, gravel ploughs, DGS, cleaners to measuring vehicles and more. Our main focus is on diagnosis and repair of electrical faults, but we can also handle mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults. With years of experience, precision work and knowledge of a wide range of vehicles, we are able to offer reliable and effective solutions to faults of all levels of complexity.

MACHINE ADJUSTMENT

We perform precise machine adjustments to ensure correct and accurate operation. We focus on direction, lateral and longitudinal leveling, speed, pressure and hydraulic quantity adjustments and more according to the needs of the individual machines, crew and customer.

FAULT DIAGNOSIS AND ASSISTANCE IN CONSULTATION WITH THE MANUFACTURER

Thanks to our many years of experience and good relations with rail equipment manufacturers, we can communicate effectively even in technically demanding situations – including negotiations in German. We know how a machine should work properly and can describe exactly why it doesn’t.

This ability is particularly crucial in complaints procedures, where we help the customer to clearly and factually assert their legitimate claims.

TRANSDUCER REFURBISHMENT

We refurbish a wide range of sensors with an emphasis on accuracy and longevity. We use only original spare parts and perform precise calibration after repair.
For specific cases, such as pendulum elevation sensors, we also use our own calibration prototype to achieve maximum accuracy and repeatability of results.

GENERAL REPAIRS OF ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION OF RAIL MECHANIZATION

We specialize in general repairs of railway machinery wiring – from complete replacement of wiring to reconstruction of control systems. This is a demanding and time-consuming service that takes several months and takes place in a customer-provided hall, ideally in North Bohemia.

We do not accept more than one such job at any given time to ensure individual attention and maximum quality of workmanship.

ELECTRICAL REVISION OF RTE

We carry out electrical inspections of RTE (regulated technical equipment) across the entire rail transport sector. We take care of the inspection and revision of locomotives, hoists, track lighting, excavators, track machinery and carriages and other equipment.

We provide complete documentation in accordance with current legislation and standards, with an emphasis on safety, reliability and technical accuracy.

TRAINING of persons instructed in electrical engineering

We offer training according to Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll., § 4, intended for persons instructed in electrical engineering. We will prepare your employees so that they are competent and authorized to handle electrical equipment in accordance with the applicable legislation.

The training takes place primarily at the customer’s premises, but we can also provide our own training facilities if required. We adapt the content of the training to the specific activities and environment.

ABOUT US

Rail mechanisation has been my daily reality for more than 30 years. During this time, I have had the opportunity to experience not only technical and service positions, but also the operation itself – in the role of an engineer. Thanks to this, I really know the machines „from both sides“ and understand them not only from technical drawings, but also from field experience.

Over the years, I have met many skilled people with whom I actively cooperate today and whom I fully trust. Working with reliable and skilled colleagues is the basis of any project well done – and quality is our priority.

I was also at the birth of the JKV Depot project, which, due to internal disputes, eventually ceased to make sense to me, but this stage also brought me important experience. It opened the door to a new level of expertise – I had the opportunity to lead overhauls, especially of gravel ploughs, as a chief technician and organiser.

I have been involved in the repair of hundreds of machines in my career. Recent projects include a complete electrical overhaul on an ASP 175 automatic tamping machine. I believe in meaningful work that gets results, and I always try to approach every repair with the utmost precision – whether it’s a minor glitch or a major rebuild.

And if you’re hesitant to call me – trust me, no challenge is too big or too far for me. I once repaired a gravel plow even from the top of the Eiffel Tower. It just goes to show that work is my passion.
